[UAUDBON SOCIETY OF CONNECTICUT], . Annual Report of the Audubon Society of Connecticut, for the Protection of Birds. Founded at Fairfield, January 28, 1898. [Reports 1-5, 1898-1902].

 Fairfield: 1898-1903. Bound volume of the first five annual reports of the Audubon Society of Connecticut, published from June 1898 to October 1902. Bound in dark red quarter leather with red cloth boards. Original blue & white printed wrappers bound in. Contents are in excellent condition, beautifully preserved. Very crisp, clean, and bright. The binding is intact and in very good minus condition, with mild rubbing to joints, chipping with slight loss to spine ends. This copy bears the signature of T.S. Palmer, most likely Theodore S. Palmer (1868-1955), an American naturalist, ornithologist, and a founding member of Audubon of Florida.
